The Podere Pansera Restaurant offers rich menus inspired by Calabrian cuisine and expertly revisited by our chef Giovanni Chiaravalloti, using organic products from our garden and our farming. It is the ideal destination for lovers of good food: a perfect place for a dinner in a romantic and elegant setting, as well as for dinners with friends, for receptions and banquets. The restaurant offers a wide range of menu of both meat and fish dishes and a wide choice of delicious pizzas, prepared by our pizzaiolo. The bread and breadsticks are produced daily by us.
The restaurant also offers light and tasty menus for breakfast and business lunches, offering genuine dishes, prepared by selecting the best ingredients according to the seasonality. All dishes are seasoned with our olive oil, which comes from the cold pressing of certified organic olives directly in our mill. In addition to the menu with the house specialties, every week our chef proposes new dishes based on seasonality and available products. For the children, the kitchen is available to freshly prepare dishes to their liking.

The pizzeria is open only for dinner. Takeaway service is also possible.

OUR PHILOSOPHY OF ORGANIC CUISINE
Natural and local are the cornerstones of our cuisine: from breadsticks to bread, from pastries to renowned dishes, everything comes from our skillful Chef Giovanni Chiaravalloti; a creator of a Mediterranean and authentic cuisine which follows the zero-kilometer orientation. "Agriturismo" means putting on the table what is grown and cultivated with care and dedication.
For this reason, the Relais is based on the philosophy of km0 and strives to bring to the table a local, ethical and sustainable raw ingredients that guests can find on the table from the breakfast to every meal. With special attention to the needs of customers, the restaurant combines traditional and refined food proposals, where zero-kilometer products are from our farm, and meats and organic ingredients are strictly local.
Extra virgin olive oil produced with certified organic olives from our olive groves grown according to the criteria of organic farming, without the use of pesticides and other chemicals. The absence of residues of these substances thanks to a strict control of an accredited laboratories, and the supervision of the entire process by Associazione Suole e Salute (Soil and Helth Association). The organic oil has a medium intensity fruitiness with pleasant and persistent vegetal olfactory notes and a balanced taste in which bitter and spicy are softened by sweet almond notes.
