The chefs of the restaurant "Il Podere" - located inside the Relais, in a privileged position - blends in the best dishes of the typical Calabrian cuisine with those of the Italian gastronomic tradition, proposing dishes with genuine flavours and products of the highest quality through the use of self-produced certified organic raw materials.
The fresh and sophisticated dishes will accompany the taste buds of guests on a journey of discovery of the interesting food culture of Calabria.
